I am Ron Boudreau, Workplace Possibilities Coordinator. I began working with the Workplace Possibilities Program (WPP) as a Consultant in 2010 and started as a Coordinator in 2022. Prior to joining The Standard, I worked as a Vocational Case Manager for over 30 years providing vocational rehabilitation and ergonomic services to individuals with disabilities/injuries. I obtained my Certified Rehabilitation Counselor credential and have a certification in Ergonomics.
My role is to coordinate services for employees of MoDOT, Highway Patrol and MPERS who are eligible for the Workplace Possibilities Program. These services are geared to help employees remain at work if a medical condition limits their ability to perform essential job tasks.
